The signing agreement between the enterprises and distributors of China Furniture Industrial Park

On the morning of November 24th, the Qixi International Hotel in City Q was filled with excitement as the signing ceremony for the China Furniture Industry Equilibrium Forum and the Huazhong Furniture Industry Park’s enterprise recruitment and settlement event was held here. This marked a significant milestone for the Huazhong Furniture Industry Park, leveraging the momentum from the "18th National Congress" of Dongfeng to embark on a new phase of substantial growth. A total of forty-five enterprises have entered the park, while over two hundred material suppliers signed agreements on-site. Over six hundred guests from twenty-two furniture associations, 137 key enterprises, more than two hundred home building material dealers, twenty-nine media outlets, and thirty municipal departments were also present. During the ceremony, Deputy Secretary Gong Dingrong expressed his warm congratulations to the enterprises and distributors who had signed agreements. He noted that the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government hold high expectations for Qianjiang to strengthen its furniture industry. Huazhong Furniture Industry Park has been listed as a key project during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period. The park's current construction progress is commendable, with a total planned area of 30,000 mu. Among the 78 well-known enterprises already introduced, including Quanyou and Haodi, 31 have begun construction and 17 have commenced operations. The park aims to rapidly become the "Fifth China Furniture Industry Hub." Gong Dingrong encouraged Huazhong Furniture Industry Park to continue inviting businesses with sincerity, fostering the growth of the furniture industry, and creating what could be called a "furniture Silicon Valley." He urged the park to focus on building large logistics networks, robust industries, strong clusters, and extensive platforms to facilitate the transfer of the eastern furniture industry, contributing significantly to Hubei Province's "Golden Decade." Vice Chairman of the China Furniture Association, Chen Baoguang, expressed optimism about the park's potential, highlighting its strategic importance in the national furniture market. Deng Chengxu, Chairman of Huazhong Furniture Industry Park, showcased the park’s development through a video presentation. He emphasized the park’s commitment to providing top-notch services to incoming enterprises, stating their pledge: “We are not satisfied until you succeed.” Deng Chengxu also mentioned that the park aims to offer one-stop, round-the-clock support to all enterprises entering the park, fostering a conducive environment for growth. Representing the park, Ma Jun, General Agent of Marco Polo Ceramics Qianjiang, shared his enthusiasm about the park’s superior soft and hard infrastructure. He described the park as an "industry new city," offering countless business opportunities due to favorable government policies and practical developments. He expressed confidence in investing within this promising ecosystem. Before the official signing ceremony, guests toured the Huazhong Furniture Industry Park and attended the topping-out ceremony of the Huazhong Home Furnishing Building Materials CBD, further solidifying the park’s vision of becoming a leading hub in the furniture industry. This event not only symbolizes the growth of the Huazhong Furniture Industry Park but also highlights the collective efforts of local and national stakeholders in promoting the development of China’s furniture sector.
