Chemical composition and mechanical properties: The material contains 0.37 to 0.45% carbon, 0.17 to 0.37% silicon, 0.5 to 0.8% manganese, and 0.8 to 1.1% chromium. After annealing, the hardness is below 207 HBS, while normalizing results in a hardness of less than 250 HBS. For conditioning treatment, samples with a diameter of 25 mm are quenched at 850°C using oil quenching, followed by tempering at 520°C. This process achieves a tensile strength of 1000 MPa, yield strength of 800 MPa, elongation of 9%, section shrinkage of 45%, and impact toughness of 588.3 kJ/m². Due to different manufacturing methods, the steel tubes are classified into hot-rolled (extruded) seamless tubes and cold-drawn (cold-rolled) seamless tubes. Cold-drawn tubes can further be divided into round tubes and shaped tubes. These properties make the material suitable for applications requiring high strength and good ductility, such as in machinery and structural components.
