8. Whether the locations for the production, storage, and operation of flammable and explosive hazardous materials are not located in the same building as residential areas.
9. Whether safety facilities and equipment have passed inspections and are functioning safely and reliably.

After completing the inspections, the inspectors urged the company's responsible personnel to carefully fill out the "Baoying County Flammable and Explosive Place and Safety Equipment Registration Form." This ensured that local supervisors had a clear and accurate understanding of the current status of all high-risk sites under their jurisdiction.
