Compared with LCD display, OLED display has the characteristics of lighter and thinner, high brightness, low power consumption, fast response, high definition and good flexibility. However, because the organic plastic layer of OLED screen is thin and flexible, its production process The technical requirements for clean robots are also stricter. Prior to this, all domestic flexible OLED production lines used foreign production equipment, which seriously restricted China's domestic production process in this field.

The SCARA robot, a flexible OLED robot independently researched and developed by Xinsong Robot, breaks a number of difficulties with high-performance control system, mechanical body design and precise repeated positioning technology.

The R & D staff introduced that through sensor scanning and software algorithms, this robot has a new domestic "brain" that can perform functions such as Alignment automatic correction, double-fetching and double-playing, and data reporting. It can identify and analyze the complex and diverse positions of devices. It can adjust the movement of the robot and compensate the rotation angle in real time, so that the robot can achieve "hand-eye" coordination, flexible and accurate movement, and guarantees various complex operations on the production line.
