Swing gate seven common fault analysis

1. After the power is turned, the swing arm rotates back and forth or after the gate is opened. 1) Check whether the connection between the limit photoelectric switch and the mainboard is reliable;

2) Determine whether the limit photoelectric switch is damaged by strong light (usually refers to outdoor installation and debugging): Put on the cover of the chassis; if necessary, open the chassis or movement cover, please cover the limit photoelectricity with a dark opaque object. Switch for debugging;

3) Limit photoelectric switch test:

a、Check whether the limit photoelectric switch is in the position of zero, left open, right open to the power supply, check whether there is looseness or poor contact of the 4PIN terminal;

b. After entering the debugging menu P00, turn the brake shaft to drive the light block to block the optocoupler of the limit optoelectronic switch with left open, zero and right open positions. When the optocoupler is disconnected, the indicator light is bright and the output voltage is + 12V, otherwise the limit photoelectric switch is damaged; 4) The limit photoelectric switch and connection are normal and the motherboard is damaged.

2. After the power is turned off, the swing arm is set to be infinite and the power swings after the arm is reversed. 1) The left and right open limit photoelectric switches and the main board are respectively detected. 2) Detect the voltage of dry battery (not lower than DC9V); 3) Check whether the line is loose or un-welded, detect the voltage output (DC12V) of MA and MB two terminals of power-down control board CON1 terminal, otherwise the power-off control board is damaged. 4) The movement clearance is too large, causing the swing arm to move so that the light block moves. After the power was turned on, the limit signal was not detected and the motor reversed. It is normal to block the optocoupler on a lower limit photoelectric switch with a dark opaque object.

3. After the gate is valid, the gate does not move. 1) The main board indicator is normal. When a valid gate signal is given, the L7 or L8 indicator will flash intermittently, and the direction indicator will turn into a green arrow (2 different directions are included here.) Signals): No action on the gate: Detect the output voltage (AC18V) of the PC and PD of the PX terminal and check whether the fuse of the F2 (3A) is blown; if it is normal, check whether there are voltage outputs at the ends of the MA and MB of the DX terminal ( DC24V), if there is any output, check whether the motor wire is disconnected; if the motor is damaged;

2) The main board indicator light is off, and the LED digital display has no display: it detects the voltage output of the PX terminal's PA and PB (AC12V) and detects whether the F1 (2A) fuse is blown. If all of the above are normal, it is determined that the motherboard is damaged.

4. After the gate is opened, it will not be reset or will be reset immediately after it is opened. When the pedestrian passes the gate, the gate will not be reset immediately (referring to the gate with induction reset function). After a delay, the gate will be locked or Immediately after an open position is reset: Check whether the cylindrical photoelectric switch is on. When there is a signal output, the L2 or L4 indicator on the main board will become bright. Otherwise, the main board will be damaged. Check whether the main board parameter setting P08 is set to memory.

5. When using an off-line cylindrical photoelectric switch to open the gate 1) Check whether the online connection is not one-to-one correspondence;

2) Check the menu function setting of the main board, P04 menu setting function selection.

6. When the gate is opened online, the two gates are not synchronized. 1) Check the connection line, and check if the line is loose or off.

2) The two gates have different time settings. Check the P03, P17 time parameters.

7. After the power is turned off, the gate does not move. 1) Detect the voltage of the dry battery (not less than DC9V);

2) Check if the circuit is loose or unwelded. Check the voltage output (DC12V) of the MA and MB terminals of the CON1 terminal of the power board. Otherwise, the power-off control board is damaged.
