At our company, we have compiled a comprehensive list of important points to consider during the production process of toggle switches. These guidelines help ensure that each customer can avoid potential issues during installation and use. Below are the key considerations when handling toggle switches:

1. When soldering the terminals, apply pressure carefully. Excessive force may lead to looseness, deformation, or degradation of electrical performance, depending on the conditions. 2. Avoid using water-soluble flux during the soldering process, as it may cause corrosion or other long-term issues. 3. Ensure that welding conditions match those used in actual mass production. This helps maintain product quality and reliability. 4. If double soldering is required, allow the first weld to cool to normal temperature before proceeding. Continuous heating may result in deformation of the outer parts, loose terminals, or reduced electrical performance. 5. Do not let flux flow from the top of the PCB into the switch, as this could damage internal components. 6. After installing the switch, contact us if the board will pass through a heat curing furnace. This ensures proper adhesion of other components. 7. If using a through-hole PCB or a board that is not recommended, thermal stress effects may change. Always confirm soldering conditions beforehand. 8. For plug-type switches, solder at the bolt position. Soldering while the pin is fixed may cause deformation of the internal mechanism. 9. The product cannot be cleaned after soldering, so care must be taken during the process. 10. For small or thin switches, avoid applying external force during assembly. This prevents damage to the delicate components. 11. Tighten the mounting screws within the specified torque. Over-tightening may cause malfunction or damage to the screw threads. 12. Insert the switch body into the designated mounting surface and ensure it is level. Failure to do so may result in operational failure. 13. If the voltage is below DC 1V or the current is less than 10μA, there is a risk of poor contact. Please verify these conditions before use. 14. This product is designed for DC resistance loads. If using inductive (L) or capacitive (C) loads, additional testing is required. 15. Applying excessive force when operating the switch may cause damage. Always operate within the specified load limits. 16. In dusty environments, dust may enter through the switch opening, leading to contact failure. Consider this during system design. 17. If corrosive gases are present near the switch, it may cause contact problems. Confirm environmental conditions before installation. 18. Store touch-type products at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep them in a non-corrosive environment. Use within 6 months of delivery. 19. After opening the package, store the product in a sealed polyethylene bag to protect it from air exposure. Maintain the same storage conditions and use it as soon as possible. 20. Avoid over-stacking the toggle switches during storage to prevent physical damage and maintain product integrity.
