Visual inspection of the hydraulic system before operation is easy to detect a large number of leaks, but a small amount of leakage at the tubing joint is often not easy to find, but this small amount of leakage phenomenon is often a sign of failure of the hydraulic system, so for the seal It must be checked and cleaned regularly. The looseness of hose joints on hydraulic machinery is often a symptom of mechanical failure. Check before and after starting the pump Before starting the hydraulic pump, pay attention to whether the fuel tank is filled with oil according to regulations. The oil level is based on the upper limit of the level gauge. Use a thermometer to measure the oil temperature. If the oil temperature is below 10 degrees, the system should be used for more than 20 minutes under no load (the relief valve is in the unloaded state).

When the hydraulic oil pump is started, the start-stop method is used to start the pump. The oil temperature is increased several times and the various actuators are operated flexibly before entering the normal operation. If there is no output from the pump during start-up, stop immediately and check the cause. After the hydraulic system has been used for a period of time, it may be disassembled or replaced if an operation failure or abnormality occurs, which cannot be excluded by external adjustment.
