Semiconductor Institute's "Key Technology for Low Thermal Resistance and High Efficiency Semiconductor Lighting" Passes Identification

On January 18, 2014, the "Key Technology for Low-Thermal-Resistance and High-Efficiency Semiconductor Lighting" scientific achievement appraisal meeting was successfully held at the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Compared to similar technologies worldwide, this achievement has reached an internationally advanced level. Moreover, the technology has already been successfully transferred to several companies, resulting in substantial social and economic benefits. Notably, the composite optical film technology has become a standard process in the industry, playing a key role in accelerating the localization of high-end LED chips.
