Based on past incidents, many labor safety accidents stem from a mindset of “I thought it was okay,” “It shouldn’t happen,” or “I didn’t know.” These attitudes often lead to irreversible consequences. Therefore, safety must be emphasized early, consistently, and thoroughly. It needs to be deeply ingrained in the minds of every employee, turning safety into a natural way of thinking and eliminating accidents before they can occur.

Xiao Li, a new worker in the lathe group, shared, “In daily operations, small safety details are often overlooked, and there are many hidden dangers. I used to feel anxious about that. But now, the team emphasizes safety every day and reminds us of the key points of operational safety. This makes me remember the safety regulations more clearly and act accordingly.”

The “safety early” campaign has proven to be an effective measure in preventing “Lao An” accidents. When every employee is familiar with safety procedures, understands the rules, and develops safe habits, the occurrence of such incidents becomes highly unlikely. It’s not just about following rules—it’s about cultivating a culture of vigilance and responsibility that supports safe and efficient work environments.
