Zhengzhou Sanmo Company held the 9th Second Party Member Congress

**Abstract** At 4:30 pm on June 4, the Ninth Session of the Second Party Committee of Zhengzhou Abrasives Grinding Research Institute Co., Ltd. (Zhengzhou Sanmo Company) was successfully held in the lecture hall on the second floor of the company. Chairman Zhu Feng, General Manager Qiu Lihua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Disciplinary Inspection Commission Li Chaojie, Deputy General Manager Chen Feng, and Yan Ning, along with other senior leaders, attended the meeting. The event was hosted by Qi Jianxin, Director of the General Office. The main purpose of the meeting was to elect additional members to the company's Ninth Party Committee. During the session, the General Assembly reviewed and unanimously approved the "Additional Measures for the Election of Party Committee Members" and the composition of the Working Group responsible for the election of the Second Party Committee. A secret ballot and equal elections were conducted to ensure a fair and transparent process. Li Yonggang, Director of the Conditional Support Department, Chen Enhou, Director of the Third Department of Products, and Zhao Yanjun, Director of Product Department Six, were elected as new members of the Ninth Party Committee. This election marks a significant shift in the composition of the party committee, with an average age of just 40 years old and over 90% of members holding bachelor’s degrees or higher. Additionally, 57% of the members are from frontline positions, reflecting a strong emphasis on practical experience and younger leadership. This renewal not only strengthens the party's organizational structure but also signals a commitment to modernization, youth empowerment, and professional development within the company. It is a step forward in aligning the party committee with the evolving needs of the organization and its employees.
