Self-lubricating bearings have become an essential component in modern mechanical systems due to their unique properties and wide range of applications. These bearings are designed to reduce friction and wear without the need for frequent lubrication, making them ideal for various industrial and consumer applications.

1. **SF-2 Boundary Lubricated Bearing**: This bearing is made from acid-resistant poly(methyl aldehyde) and features a structured surface with oil storage grooves. It requires the application of lubricating grease and is particularly suitable for high-load, low-speed rotational motion, as well as oscillatory movements under constant load. Due to its self-lubricating properties, it can operate without oil for extended periods. The addition of lubricant during use can further extend its service life. It is commonly used in metallurgical, mining, water conservancy, automotive, construction, and agricultural machinery.

2. **Oil-Free Self-Lubricating Bearing**: Constructed with a steel base, this bearing has a middle layer of sintered bronze powder and a surface layer composed of a mixture of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) and lead. It offers a low coefficient of friction, excellent wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Its oil-free design reduces costs, minimizes noise, and prevents sticking or slipping. It is widely used in sliding parts of printing machines, textile equipment, hydraulic pallet trucks, tobacco machines, medical devices, fitness equipment, micro-motors, cars, and motorcycles.

3. **Metal-Based Solid Self-Lubricating Bearing**: This innovative bearing combines the advantages of traditional metal bearings with the benefits of self-lubrication. It uses a metal matrix loaded with a specially formulated solid lubricant that provides long-lasting performance. It offers high load capacity, impact resistance, heat resistance, and strong self-lubricating properties, making it suitable for demanding applications.

4. **Traditional Oil-Impregnated Bearings**: Known for their quiet operation and self-lubricating properties, these bearings have gained popularity in computer CPU fans. Their demand is growing not only in industrial settings but also in household appliances, where noise reduction and reliability are important factors.
