If it is found that the hydraulic oil is darkened, sticky, or has gravel foreign matter, it should be replaced (32# hydraulic oil). At the end of year maintenance of the lifting platform, check all hydraulic pipes and joints. The pipes must not be damaged. The joints must not be loosened. All joints must be tightened. Remove and disassemble the lifting platform drop valve, blow the plunger with compressed air, and then Put on, replace the hydraulic oil, replace the oil filter by tightening the joint, wash it, clean it with compressed air, and put it back in the tank and connect the pipe. (In the new oil, do not continue to use the old oil, otherwise the moving parts in the hydraulic lifting platform system will accelerate wear.)
