Hualu Aluminum achieved two leading scientific and technological achievements in China

On October 25th, organized by Gansu Provincial Science and Technology Department, Gansu Province Metallurgical Nonferrous Industry Association held a scientific and technological Yangguo appraisal meeting in Hualu Aluminum, inviting experts to Gansu Province Hualu Aluminum Co., Ltd. and Lanzhou Lianchuang Information Technology Co., Ltd. The results of scientific and technological achievements have been identified in the two research results of “Name Electrolytic DC Power Supply Smart Metering System” (abbreviated as PDCIMS) and Process Data Management System (PDM) jointly researched and developed. Experts at the meeting listened to the report of the project team, reviewed the relevant technical data, examined the site, and after questioned defense and serious discussion, both achievements passed the appraisal. The expert group believes that the "Aluminium Electrolysis DC Power Supply Smart Metering System" (PDCIMS) achieved unit currents, series currents, series voltages, and workshops in aluminum electrolysis plants through the use of advanced information technology including signal processing technology, data acquisition technology, and network technology. Voltage, workshop power consumption, historical data query, etc., solve the problem that the above complex work can only be completed manually (or cannot be completed), meet the requirements of the enterprise for the rapid and accurate processing and transmission of data, and improve the work efficiency; in the aluminum electrolysis For the measurement and management of energy consumption in the factory, it firstly achieved data collection and processing, display measurement, analysis, black energy allocation, statistical management, etc.; the software's unique remaining number kept the algorithm, customization, parameterized design, and capture of abnormal waveforms. To make the system more flexible, but also easy to promote in the same industry in China.

The system is advanced technology, practical and reliable, complete functions, applicable to the management and application of large-current measurement in the domestic aluminum electrolysis industry, and the technical level has reached the domestic leading level. The Procedural Data Management System (PDM) includes process analysis, finished product analysis, primary aluminum metering, finished product metering, secondary energy metering and management of major business flow processes in an aluminum electrolysis plant, and integrates the complex production management processes of the aluminum electrolytic plant in PDM. Under the platform, the business process is simple, accurate, efficient and fast, and the work efficiency is significantly improved.

The project has achieved good economic and social benefits after nearly one year of practical application in Gansu Hualu Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. The technical level of the project has reached the domestic leading level in the same industry.
