First, the failure phenomenon:

2. Pull out the central high-voltage line so that its end is about 5 to 7 mm away from the cylinder. Pull the contact by hand to open and close, if the spark is weak,

Use a screwdriver to lap the movable contact with its tray. When the iron is laid, the screwdriver is suddenly removed. If the spark becomes strong, it indicates that the contact of the breaker is in poor contact or ablation. Use a special sanding strip to wipe the working surface of the contact, then wipe it with clean paper, and then check whether the high-pressure spark meets the requirements (the spark is very strong and Light blue)

3. Tested by the same method, the central high-voltage line does not jump at all, and then the movable contact is overlapped with the tray by the screwdriver. After the removal, the spark is strong, indicating that the breaker contact is severely ablated, and the contact is opened by hand. The working surface is black, and there are many ablation junctions. If the resistance value reaches 0.1kΩ, it will not be conductive at all. At this time, the breaker contact should be replaced, and the capacitor should be inspected for breakdown, open circuit, and failure to affect the over-ablation of the power-off contact, and should be replaced as appropriate.

4. After grinding the working contact surface of the electrical contact with a special sand strip to clean or replace the new breaker, use the above method to check the high-pressure spark. The spark should be strong and light blue, and it is easy to start the engine.
