Element Six is the world's leading group of synthetic diamond superhard materials, and recently celebrated its 50th anniversary in the construction and processing of incense farmers in Ireland. Founded in the 1960s by the industrial diamond division of De Beers (the world's largest and oldest diamond mining company), it covers an area of 22 acres and currently employs more than 300 people. It mainly supplies superhard products for the abrasives industry, including oil and gas exploration and precision machinery applications. Element Six's main products include single crystal synthetic diamond, polycrystalline chemical vapor deposited diamond, synthetic diamond particles and powder, CBN and cemented carbide.

Walter Huehn, Element Six CEO said in this major event: "We are very proud of the production of the six-scented farmers. In this 50-year manufacturing, Element Six has been creating and maintaining it in the artificial diamond super hard The global leadership of materials. Element Six will continue to focus on the construction and development of Shannon's production sites, and continuously increase investment and improve technology, including the establishment of an advanced manufacturing center and micro-production units.” At the same time, Element Six also established the world. The largest and most complex synthetic diamond research and development base, costing £20 million, is located in Havel, near Oxford, England. British University and Science Minister David Willetts and Philippe Mellier, Chairman of Element Six of De Beers Group, officially announced the establishment of the Global Innovation Center on July 3.

The Global Innovation Center employs more than 100 scientists at a site of 5,000 square meters to develop a line of synthetic diamond and related superhard materials. Facilities in the Global Innovation Center include modeling and design, material preparation, high temperature and high pressure synthetic press chambers, chemical vapor deposition reactor synthesis laboratories, post-synthesis processing (polishing, cutting, shaping, etc.), material analysis/characteristics and Terminal application testing, etc. (Excerpt from: Element Six celebrates 50 years of synthetic diamond production in Shannon, translation: Ma Yanping)
