The rolling sound is due to the fact that the rolling element rolls over the raceway when the bearing rotates, and it announces a smooth and continuous noise; only when its sound pressure level or cavity is extremely large, it leads to everyone's attention. In fact, the sound of the rolling track is aroused. Sound energy is limited; as in normal conditions; the quality of the 6203 bearing raceway sound is 25 ~ 27dB. This noise is most typical of single row deep groove ball bearings that accept radial load; it has the following characteristics: a. Noise and oscillation are random, b. The oscillation frequency is above 1 kHz, c. No matter how the speed changes, the main frequency of the noise is almost constant and the sound pressure level is improved with the addition of the speed, d. When the radial clearance increases; the sound pressure level is sharply added, e. The rigidity of the bearing housing increases; the lower the total sound pressure level; even if the speed increases, the total sound pressure level is not added, f. The higher the viscosity of the smoothing agent; the lower the sound pressure level; but the smoothness of the grease; the viscosity and the shape of the soap fiber can affect the noise value.
The source of the raceway sound is caused by the natural oscillation of the ferrule after the load. Because the elastic touch of the ferrule and the tumbling body constitutes a nonlinear oscillating system. When the smoothness or the machining precision is not high, the elastic characteristic is aroused. Related natural oscillations; it becomes noise when transmitted to the air. It is well known; even if the world's most brilliant production skills are used to process bearing parts; there will always be a few minor errors in the operation appearance; thus the raceway and rollover Small movements between the bodies provoke the natural oscillation of the oscillation system.
Although the raceway noise of the NSK bearing is unavoidable, it can adopt the high-precision machining parts to work externally; correctly select the bearing and accurately use the bearing to reduce noise and vibration.
