Since all the vitrified bricks are fired by high temperature and high pressure, the surface of the bricks has some tiny pores, and the stains easily penetrate into the brick body. For this reason, some manufacturers have solved the problem mainly by layering wax on the surface of the vitrified brick to protect the left and right sides of the brick surface. Since there is a big difference between the quality of tiles of different brands, the antifouling performance will not be the same. Therefore, we must pay attention to protection during construction. There are mainly several aspects:

1. Before the paving, please check whether the product model, grade, size and color number shown in the package are uniform. If there is any objection to the quality of the product, please contact the factory or the dealer, and it will not be clear once the paving is posted. .

2. Before paving, the skin to be applied or the ground should be treated first. The foundation layer of the dry-laid method can reach a certain hardness to lay the brick. When the paving is applied, the joint is adjusted between 2-3 mm.

3. It is recommended to use 325 cement, dry-laid method participation ratio: base layer: cement: fine sand = 1:3, pasting layer; cement: fine sand = 1:2. (White series polished tiles are recommended for white cement to achieve a color effect). Pre-staining anti-fouling wax before polishing the tile can improve the anti-pollution ability of the brick surface.

4. The pattern and pattern features are obvious. Please look for the uniform direction of the mosaic features. If the pattern features are not obvious or there is no pattern, please combine the construction effect requirements.

5. After the paving is completed, the cement stains remaining on the bricks should be wiped off in time. The paved ground needs to be maintained for 4-5 days to prevent local unevenness caused by external forces.

6. First check if the surface of the vitrified brick has been waxed. If not, it must be re-waxed and applied. Judging the method of waxing: Look at whether there is a layer of waxy material on the brick surface. The brick surface gives people a feeling of fog. If you touch it by hand, there will be fingerprints.

7. Workers who require construction during construction shall use the rubber hammer in a white cloth before use. Bricks with poor antifouling performance will leave a black mark when hitting the brick surface with a leather hammer. Harder to clean.

8. For the newly paved floor tiles, you can't walk around. Because the bricks are not dry, stepping on the surface will artificially cause the brick surface to be uneven.

9. For newly laid tiles, the tiled cover (preferably tarpaulin) must be used to cover the tile, to prevent the sand from damaging the brick surface, as well as the paint and glue used in the decoration and the glue on the brick. Polluted brick surface.

10. Pay special attention to not stacking some garbage and debris on the newly laid brick surface. When heavy objects such as air pump and operation console are placed on the paved brick surface, it is necessary to add a cushion to protect the brick from vibration during operation. surface.

11. When transporting and moving furniture such as metal rubber corners, lift all the furniture and do not drag it directly on the brick surface. Prevents abrasion of brick surfaces.

12. After the completion of the renovation, thoroughly clean it and clean the brick surface so that it is easier to maintain.
