The QBY stainless steel pneumatic diaphragm pump produced by Xuanyi Pump & Valve Co., Ltd. is powered by compressed air. It is a volumetric pump with volume change caused by reciprocating deformation of diaphragm. The performance parameters are similar to those of Ingersoll Rand ARO pneumatic diaphragm pump. Similar to the plunger pump, due to the working principle of the diaphragm pump, the QBY stainless steel pneumatic diaphragm pump has the following characteristics:

When transporting fluids that are easy to precipitate and easy to freeze and solidify, when the pump is not in operation for a period of time, be sure to flush the inside and outside of the pump with a suitable solvent before deactivation to avoid clogging damage.
If the pump is to be deactivated for a few hours during operation, cut off the compressed air.
The flow rate of the pump can be adjusted by adjusting the pressure and flow of the compressed air of the pneumatic diaphragm pump. It is also possible to adjust the flow rate of the feed to control. Please do not use the hose and the feed pipe with too small a diameter to prevent the feed pipe from sucking too much resistance to block the feed.
When pump positive pressure feed, it is recommended to install a shut-off valve at the compressed air inlet of the drive pump.
