How does the lifting block work safely and efficiently?

(1) When wearing the lifting tool block, pay attention to the angle of the wire rope in the pulley groove. In any case, the yaw angle of the pulley groove must not exceed 4° to 6°. Because, when the deflection angle of the wire rope in the pulley groove is too large, the wear of the wire rope and the side of the pulley groove is intensified. On the other hand, the wire rope is easy to slide out of the rope groove, so that the lifting operation cannot be performed normally or even an accident occurs.

(2) Wire ropes that are worn around the lifting tool block or block must meet the requirements of the block. When the diameter of the selected wire rope exceeds the requirements of the trolley, the wear of the sliding wheel is aggravated, and the wear of the wire rope is also intensified. A certain weight of the pulley should be equipped with a corresponding thick wire rope.

(3) When the pulley block is used after being wound, it should be tested first, check whether the parts are good, whether there is any card rope, friction or wire rope rubbing each other. If there is something wrong, it should be adjusted. Can be officially lifted.

(4) When the direction of the force applied by the pulley changes greatly, or in the work at height, the hook type pulley is not declared to prevent the hook. If a hook type trolley is used, protective measures should be taken. If the hook is hung, the hook is sealed with a thin wire so that the hook cannot be pulled out; or the hook with the cable plate is used, the hook is more convenient to use, when the hook is hung, The cable plate is bounced under the action of the spring to seal the hook opening.

(5) The trolley shall not be overloaded and shall not be put into use when there are cracks or defects in the pulley. Other parts, such as hooks, axles, pull plates, etc., are not allowed to be used if they do not meet the requirements for use.

(6) If the multi-door block uses only a few of the doors in use, the lifting weight should be reduced accordingly and cannot be used still according to the original lifting weight.
