Anemone cultivation management skills

Variety selection : Coronal anemone cut flower varieties available in red, blue, purple, lavender, pink, white, mixed colors. Choose a variety of large, semi-double, and long flowering branches. The best-selling cultivation series in the European market are: Marianne, MonaLisa, Jerusalem, Galilee, Christina, and the like.

Land conditions : Choose a land with sufficient light, and the soil layer is deep and rich in organic matter, loose and well drained soil, pH 6.5. The base fertilizer is applied before planting, mainly based on composting compost, and the calcium is 300kg~400kg/mu. It can be mixed with a certain amount of humus soil to improve the soil structure. After deep turning, the whole surface is covered with a width of 1m, a groove depth of 0.3m and a width of 0.4m.

Seed ball treatment : Coronal anemone bulbs are dry-like before planting, soaked in water for 24 to 36 hours, so that the bulbs fully expand. After soaking, it is properly cleaned to remove mud and deposits on the surface of the bulb.

After soaking, the bulbs are full of fat, hard, cone-shaped or with partial protrusions, grayish black, eliminating the bulbs with disease, plaque and mechanical wounds. The cut size of cut flower bulbs is generally above 5 cm, and cut flowers are usually produced by bulbs with a diameter of 6 to 9 cm.

The high-quality bulbs screened after the ball is cleaned are soaked in chlorothalonil or carbendazim for 20-30 minutes, and the water is properly dried after disinfection. The packaging is made of perlite and does not exceed 5 layers per box when packaged.

In order to promote the rooting germination of the anemone bulb, the temperature is 1 ° C - 3 ° C for 3 to 5 weeks. After the bulb is taken out of the cold storage, it is placed at a temperature of 15 to 18 ° C for germination, and after 8 to 10 days, it can be germinated neatly. After the bulb is germinated, the buds are thick and strong, the roots are rich, no lesions, the root buds are not rotted, and the buds have no lesions.

Colonization : When the seedlings are rooted and germinated at 1~2cm, the planting must be started. The planting must ensure that the soil is moist. The planting depth is suitable for the germination part to cover the soil properly. The row spacing is 30cm×30cm, and the water is poured. Avoid transplanting after planting, otherwise it will grow poorly or die.

Field management : In the early stage of the planting of the anemone, 80% of the shading net is used for shading, and watering is timely. When the temperature is low in the middle and late October, the shading net can be used. The seedling stage soil should not be too wet to prevent rotten roots; the first fertilization can be carried out when the plant has 5 to 6 true leaves. Maintain ventilation, enhance light, daily temperature 15 ~ 23 ° C, night temperature 5 ~ 10 ° C. Appropriately supplement a small amount of compound fertilizer of 20:10:20; in the middle of vegetative growth of anemone plants, it is necessary to add a large amount of calcium fertilizer and potassium fertilizer, and apply 10-12 kg of nitrate nitrogen fertilizer per acre, and 8-10 kg of calcium fertilizer; Watering, keep the soil moist for 2 to 4 days but not water; pay attention to the insulation in winter to prevent frost, keep the ventilation in the shed every day. In order to ensure the balance of cut flower yield and quality, the number of flowering branches should be controlled at the beginning of the bud, and the anemone will produce a large amount of flowers from December to April. Clear the weeds and diseased foliage in the field, cut off the inferior flower stems, spray the medicine in time to prevent pests and diseases, and use the shade net to ensure the quality of the cut flowers.

Highly active against diptera, homoptera coleoptera insects and mites. Target pests include rice leaf folder, dlamondback moth, cabbage butterfly, mematodes, jumping plantlices. Application crops include rice, vegetables, fruit trees, cotton, etc.

Abamectin is also used as a Veterinary antihelmintic. Resistance to abamectin-based antihelmintics, although a growing problem, is not as common as to other classes of veterinary antihelmintics. The benzoate salt emamectin benzoate is also used as an Insecticide.
