Step 1. Before we plug in the power, we recommend that you perform the following four steps:

1. We must first make sure that the suction tube and the return tube are connected to the correct position and fix it tightly, and then tighten the 15-meter long high-pressure paint hose to the other end of the paint tube.

2. Control the pressure control valve to a position without pressure (if the machine is rotating counterclockwise)

4, at the same time do not forget to drop 5-6 drops of oil at the oil inlet

   Step 2: We can first measure the voltage with a universal meter and then determine the voltage of 200-250 volts.

Step 3: Connect the power cord to at least the spray zone 7.

Basically, if it is on a 5 meter grounded power supply, then we can place the device in a well-lit area, and in many cases, in order to prevent overspray, free particles in the air are drawn into the device. Spray experts recommend that you use plastic canvas to isolate the spray area, and the power extension cable should not be too long.

Step 4: After we have reconciled the paint according to the recommended parameters of the paint supplier, we can use the filter to filter the paint and impurities in the paint, and often the impurities in the paint and The lacquer piece will block the rigid body and even cause damage to the equipment in severe cases.

Step 5, we need to put the suction tube and the return tube into the paint bucket, and also need to pay more attention to the return valve is set at the reflow position (counterclockwise rotation)

Step 6. Basically, we all need to turn on the power of the device and slowly pressurize the pressure control knob to the middle pressure zone to allow the paint to circulate in the device until all the air in the device is discharged from the return pipe.

Step 7. We can hold the gun handle first and then open the gun insurance. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the fact that the gun must be pointed at the wall of the paint bucket and the trigger is tightened. At the same time, the return valve is tightened. The paint is ejected from the muzzle until all the air in the paint tube and gun is expelled, and the pressure is maximized after it releases the trigger and closes the gun fuse.

Step 8. Before use, the experts of Transon suggest that you can check whether there are any leaks in all parts of the equipment. If there is any, then it is recommended that you follow the “pressure relief procedure” to release the pressure and then tighten the leaking part.

Step 9. In many cases, if there is no dripping, then we can turn off the power switch, but we need to pay more attention to the fact that the return valve must be placed at the return position to release the pressure.

Step 10. Under normal circumstances, if the gun insurance is closed, it is recommended that you can install the nozzle and nozzle sheath on the spray gun and tighten it. Of course, we can also turn on the power switch and return the return valve. Tightening the hour hand, deducting the trigger and observing the spray, slowly increasing the pressure until the web is completely atomized.
