CH3093 type carbon deoxidizer is applicable to the inert gas such as nitrogen type burning without hydrogenation corrosion in deoxidizer, can make the oxygen content (0.1%), nitrogen carrier gas through the carbon deoxidizer, purification processing device of purification CH3093 type carbon deoxidizer furnished without hydrogen, it not only high deoxidization depth (residual O2 1 PPM or less), great capacity of DNA (1.2 ~ 1.6 M3), and easy operation, reliable in performance.
