Hydrostatic test operation after furnace replacement

After the furnace is replaced by a furnace, a hydrostatic test must be carried out. Preparations before the test are as follows:
1. All furnace tubes and furnace tubes are installed and inspected.
2. All heating furnace tubes and furnace tubes are systematically purged and cleaned according to the provisions of Chapter 7 of the "Code for the Construction and Acceptance of Industrial Pipework" (GBJ235-82).
3. The installation of steel structures and pipe frames and tube plates related to the pressure test system shall meet the design requirements.
4. Two test pressure gauges shall be installed before the test, and the range is preferably twice the test pressure. One is installed at the outlet of the hand pump and the other is installed at the heating furnace tube system, and uses this table as the basis of test pressure.
5. Test water should use clean water above 5 °C, generally 20 °C -70 °C.
6. During the hydrostatic test, measures should be taken to remove the air from the system.
7. The pressure-relief elements and components of the furnace system shall be provided with special tools and plugs when carrying out a separate hydrostatic test, preferably on a hydrostatic test stand.
