EU intends to extend anti-dumping duty on China's stainless steel fasteners

Recently, the European Commission proposed to continue to impose anti-dumping duties on stainless steel fasteners from mainland China and Taiwan. The final cut rate will be announced before January 5, 2012. In November 2005, the European Commission imposed anti-dumping duties on stainless steel fasteners in mainland China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam. The Chinese product tax rate was 11.4% to 27.4%. In October 2010, the European Fastener Industry Association filed an application for a sunset review of this product from mainland China and the Taiwan region. The anti-dumping duty on products in other countries involved in the original case was terminated.
