I. Staffing and responsibilities

Second, preparation before welding
1. The welding equipment and tools must be transported in a light and light manner, with stable support pads and securely tied to prevent throwing and rolling.
2. Oxygen cylinders and acetylene bottles require separate shipments. They must not be transported together with oil, flammable and explosive materials. The shipment process must be light and easy to put on, the support pads should be stable, and the lashings should be secure. To prevent throwing and rolling, the oxygen cylinder should be Install a shockproof apron and check that the helmet is tightened before handling.
3. Remove inflammable and explosive materials, coal dust and floating coal within 10 meters before and after the welding and cutting site for flushing and cleaning.

7. The gas cutting appliance must be in good condition, and the gas ribbon joint connection should be fixed and reliable with special clips. It must not be replaced by iron wire.
8. Welders, electricians, and other related types of work must hold certificates, and those who have not obtained qualification certificates for electric welding operations must not carry out work; the person in charge of the field carries a portable gas inspection alarm device and hangs the portable instrument at a position 5 m from the windward side of the welding spot . Portable device alarm point is 0.5% ; on-site operation personnel must have a certain knowledge of fire safety, can use fire fighting equipment.
9 , welding equipment and tools must be intact, wiring, insulation performance in line with standards. The welder housing must be grounded and must be double-wired.

Third, welding and cutting operations safety technical measures
1. This safety technology measure only allows welding and cutting operations at the approved time and place.
2. 4. Welders must hold certificates, and those who have not obtained qualification certificates for electric welding operations must not carry out work. The person in charge at the scene shall carry the portable gas inspection alarm device and hang the portable instrument at the place of 5 m on the windward side of the welding spot . The alarm point of the portable device is 0.5% ; The fire personnel entering the well and lifting the well must report the use of registered fires to the wellhead inspection personnel; the on-site operations personnel must have a certain knowledge of fire safety, and be able to use fire fighting equipment.
5. When welding or gas cutting operations may affect the safety of the equipment, facilities, or places of the relevant units, the construction unit shall notify the relevant units in writing in a timely manner so that relevant units can take preventive measures.
6. The welding and cutting sites must be selected at the place where the roof is complete and well-supported, where there is no floating coal, no flammable or explosive materials, and the top plate's phosphor skins and fins must be thoroughly treated. If necessary, temporary support shall be provided. The work site must be in a well-ventilated air intake roadway, and the entire welding process must not stop the wind. If the wind stops, the welding must be stopped immediately, and the site is cooled to remove the stoppage site.
7. Welding and cutting work sites, the on-site person in charge during the operation shall be under unified command, and the measures shall be put in place at the scene. Waxing inspectors and safety and security personnel must monitor the harmful gas and dust concentration in the workplace at all times, only within 20m in the vicinity of the inspection site . The work can only be performed when the gas concentration does not exceed 0.5% after the top of the tunnel and the back of the support back .

10 , welders must wear special gloves, welding caps or special protective glasses, clothing leaders must be fully trussed; must work leeward, the work process must stand firm.
11. When the welding and cutting operations are completed or suspended, the welding personnel must cut off the power and air supply in time and turn off the flame.
12. The cylinder connection, hose connector, tempering preventer and pressure reducer of welding and cutting equipment must not be contaminated with grease to prevent oxygen explosion. If it is found that the welding equipment is leaking or sealing is not strict, the operation must be stopped immediately.
13. When the oxygen cylinder or acetylene pressure gauge is damaged or fails, it must be immediately stopped and replaced.
Fourth, post-processing
1. After the welding and cutting work is completed, the operator must thoroughly clean the construction site. The sprayer should spray the water again. After the welder stays at the work site for 1 hour, he is found to be abnormal, and immediately handles it. After confirming that there is no danger of fire or other abnormalities, Can leave the job site.
2. After the welding and cutting work is completed, the relevant equipment and tools must be completely recovered and transported to the ground in time for storage. The equipment must not be stored underground.
