In accordance with the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China" and relevant laws and regulations, combined with the characteristics of family home decoration design, the two parties shall, on the basis of equality, voluntariness, and consensus, consult the client's family room decoration and decoration project (hereinafter referred to as the project). ) Relevant matters of design, reached the following agreement:
The first project design project overview
1. Party A commissioned the design project site: District (county) road area building room.

Article 4 Design Document Standards and Depth:
1. Both parties agree that the design documents are the Nanjing decoration and decoration industry standard NJBZ? A-05-1 "Unified Standard for Architectural Decoration and Design Drawing" and NJBZ? A-05-2 "Architectural Decoration Design Document Depth Provisions.
2. Both parties agree that the preliminary design plan should include the following drawings: (Option snoring)

Article 5 Design Procedures and Design Payment Methods
1. The first stage:
After receiving the design deposit, Party B should go to the site for inspection within the day. After the survey is completed, Party A shall pay Party B's second-phase design fee (% of the total design fee, and RMB (capital)) during the day. The deposit received has arrived at the second stage design fee.
Second stage:
After receiving the second-phase design fee, Party B shall complete the preliminary design plan and expand the initial design plan within days and notify Party A.
After Party A receives the notification from Party B, it shall communicate with Party B within days. After both parties agree on the second stage design documents, and sign and confirm, Party A shall pay the third party's design fee (accounting for % of the total design price and RMB (uppercase)) during the day.
3rd, third stage:
Party B shall complete the full set of drawings for the third phase within days after receiving the third stage design fee and notify Party A.
After receiving the notice from Party B, Party A shall communicate with Party B within days. After both parties agree on the complete set of design documents and sign the confirmation, Party A shall pay the balance of the design fee within days, and Party B shall deliver the total set of design drawings to Party A.
Fourth stage:
Party B shall go to the site to carry out the drawings when the project is started. During the construction process, according to the progress of the project, it shall guide the construction to the site not less than once in order to achieve the design effect.
The sixth design plan modification:
1. During the construction process, if Party A requests to change the design documents, Party B shall actively cooperate with them. If Party B redesigns the changed project in accordance with the requirements of Party A, it shall negotiate and sign a supplementary agreement and pay corresponding fees.

3. The revised design documents must be signed and confirmed by both parties.
Article 7 Party A's responsibilities:
1. Party A shall communicate with Party B in a timely manner within the agreed time and confirm the design plan.
2. After Party A confirms the design plan, Party A shall timely pay the agreed fee within the agreed time.
3. When Party B submits drawings, Party A shall participate. At the same time, the person in charge of the construction of the project shall participate in the project, make a record of the submission, and be confirmed by the signatures of both parties.
Article 8 Party B's responsibilities:
1. The design plan of Party B shall not violate the provisions of the relevant laws, regulations and rules of the State. If Party A causes losses, Party B shall be responsible for compensation.
2. Party B shall deliver the design documents to Party A in accordance with the contents, time and agreed standards specified in the contract, and complete the after-sales service.
3. Party B is responsible for supervising the quality and design effect of the construction project based on the design documents confirmed by Party A, and delivering the following drawings of concealed projects to Party A within days after the completion of the project:

2 Weak power control line construction diagram;
3 cold and hot water pipe installation as-built drawings.
Article 9 Liability for breach of contract:
1. Party A unilaterally proposes to terminate the contract, Party B will not return the deposit paid by Party A, and the design fee received will not be refunded. Party B unilaterally proposed to terminate the contract and double return the deposit and design fees paid by Party A.
2. If Party A delays the confirmation of the design documents, Party B's design period will be postponed. If Party A exceeds the limit of days, Party B has the right to terminate the contract and recover Party A's design expenses incurred.
3 If Party A pays overdue design fees, one day overdue payment shall be paid in accordance with the total amount of the design fee. If overdue payment exceeds days, Party B shall have the right to cancel the contract and recover Party A's incurred design expenses.
4. If Party B delays the delivery of the design documents, it shall reduce the design fee of the total amount of the project design fee by one per day.
5. Due to the reasons of the design of Party B, the project could not be started in time or delay the construction period. Every time the construction period is delayed one day, Party B shall pay Party A the compensation in Yuan.
6. Party B fails to deliver the completed project drawings of hidden projects to Party A in accordance with the time specified in the contract. Every time the delay is one day, Party B shall pay Party A the compensation in Yuan.
Article 10 Others
1. Party A entrusts Party B to undertake work beyond the contents of this contract, and both parties must negotiate and sign the contract separately.
2. When Party A changes the time stipulated in the contract, and requires the advance delivery of the design documents, Party B shall pay Party B a daily waking fee.
3. If the contract cannot be fulfilled because of force majeure, the parties may be partially or completely relieved of their responsibilities under the influence of force majeure, unless otherwise provided by law.
4. When there is a dispute in the performance of this contract, and Party A and Party B can not resolve the matter by themselves, they may apply for the Nanjing Decoration Industry Association to assist in the mediation. If the mediation fails, it can be resolved in the following way:
1 submitted to Nanjing Arbitration Commission for arbitration;

5. For matters not covered in this contract, both parties may sign a supplementary agreement as an attachment. The supplementary agreement and this contract shall have the same effect.
