China's first megavolt four-stage dirty rod-shaped post insulator was successfully developed

Recently, the 1100kV/16kN pollution-resistant (four-stage pollution) rod-shaped post insulator developed by China Xidian passed the seismic test. This marks the first domestic megavolt 16kN stain-resistant rod-shaped post insulator developed in China's Xidian.

The 1100kV/16kN pollution-resistant (four-stage pollution) rod-shaped post insulator is specially developed by China Xidian for the third phase 2×1 million kilowatt coal-fired generating unit project of Huainan Pingyi No.3 Power Generation Company. Seismic testing is a key test of product performance to verify the bending strength of the product and the operation in the event of an earthquake. The product has a height of 12m and a creepage distance of 37510mm. It consists of six components. Compared with the previous 1100kV rod-shaped post insulators, the product has the characteristics of high height and heavy weight, so the bending load and seismic difficulty are significantly increased. Currently, no one company in China can produce the product. Since the beginning of this year, China Xidian has made unremitting technical research and finally passed the tests smoothly, and the product design is reasonable, the dispersion is small, and the reliability is high, indicating that the technical level of China Xidian has reached the domestic leading level. .
