In the recently held BYD world-class technical analysis meeting, BYD profoundly explained this technology as well as three remote control driving, DMII generation of world-class technology, and foretold the green, green, electronically controlled four-wheel drive three new technologies. At present, bidirectional inverter charging and discharging technology has applied for 42 technology patents in China.
BYD bi-directional inverter charging and discharging technology has innovated all types of existing external charging equipment, integrated DC charging power and the advantages of convenient AC charging, directly integrated in the motor controller to achieve AC high-power charging. Just as the entire charging cabinet is reduced into the car, the construction of the charging station is omitted and the AC power is used to directly charge the electric vehicle with high power. BYD hopes to use this technology to make electric vehicles recharge without relying on professional charging stations, so that the investment in charging is almost zero, effectively breaking through the shortcomings such as large space, high cost, and unfavorable popularity brought by charging stations.
